At the largest law firm owned by a single person in the state of New York, he practices residential and commercial real estate law. Notably, 50 percent of the firm is female and together his staff can speak nine different languages. A tenacious and confident litigator, he previously served as general counsel for Evergreen Estates, with which he built the professional foundation on which he now stands.

In pursuit of his legal aspirations, Mr. Leitman Bailey earned a Bachelor of Arts in pre-law and political science with a minor in English from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, before obtaining a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Syracuse University College of Law. Subsequently, he was admitted to practice law through the New York State Bar Association. He retains his professional alignment with the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, the American Land Pile Association and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Dedicated to his community, he contributes to those less fortunate as the founder of Building Foundations and Dreams, which he established in 2000.

Backed by his considerable expertise, Adam Leitman Bailey authored “Finding the Uncommon Deal: A Top New York Lawyer Explains How to Buy a Home for the Lowest Possible Price,” which was honored as the Book of the Year and received the Best First Time Author Award. Over the years, he has also provided his knowledge to various articles published in professional journals. In light of his professional achievements, he has been recognized as an AV¬-Preeminent Lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell on many occasions. He was also selected among the Top 100 Lawyers through Super Lawyers and lauded for having one of the Best Law Firms according to U.S. News & World Report.
